It also contains vitamin C, vitamin B1, 2, 6 and 12, as well as biotin, vitamins A, D, E, folic acid, niacin, pantothenic acid, antioxidant polyphenols such as flavonoids, natural sugars, enzymes, plant hormones and many other beneficial substances.

Η γύρη μελισσών είναι μια από τις τροφές υψηλότερης ποιότητας από τη φύση. Η μικτή γύρη έχει ποικίλη σύνθεση. Περιέχει φυσικά, μεταξύ άλλων πρωτεΐνες βραχείας αλυσίδας, έως και 20 αμινοξέα, πολυακόρεστα λιπαρά οξέα, μέταλλα και ιχνοστοιχεία όπως σίδηρο, χαλκό, μαγγάνιο, ψευδάργυρο και πυριτικό οξύ (πυρίτιο), εκτός από φώσφορο, κάλιο, μαγνήσιο, θείο και ασβέστιο. Περιέχει επίσης βιταμίνη C, βιταμίνη B1, 2, 6 και 12, καθώς και βιοτίνη, βιταμίνες A, D, E, φολικό οξύ, νιασίνη, παντοθενικό οξύ, αντιοξειδωτικές πολυφαινόλες όπως φλαβονοειδή, φυσικά σάκχαρα, ένζυμα, φυτικές ορμόνες και πολλές άλλες ευεργετικές ουσίες.
